This is a wonderfully secluded property with a charming garden and spacious balcony, all within a few minutes from the idyllic Seagrove Bay in Seaview.
There are several steps up to the front door and then Solent View is all on one level, with gardens to the front and rear. The balcony is off the sitting-room, giving plenty of space with outdoor seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or perhaps a pre-dinner drink? The sitting-room itself is cosy and well furnished, a welcoming space to relax with a good book or a film. The kitchen/diner is well appointed with seating for four and fully equipped with everything you might need. A door from here and a few steps down lead you to the rear garden which is fully enclosed and a great place for the kids to play. There is a separate dining-room, with seating for four. The main bedroom is decorated in soothing colours and has a wall-mounted television so you can snuggle down and watch a film of an evening. This bedroom also has an en suite shower-room. The second bedroom is a twin, equally well decorated with a view over the rear garden.
