If having the most stunning of views is on your wish list, then wish no more - this one is utterly breathtaking! Situated in one of the prime locations, on the cliff overlooking Whitsand Bay, Rockwater Cabin offers uninterrupted panoramic sea views as far as the eye can see. The large decking-area surrounding the cabin ensures you can marvel at the majesty of this truly spectacular setting.

Enjoy al fresco dining with the best seat in the house and catch a glimpse of dolphins and porpoises swimming out in the bay, watch peregrine falcons and kestrels perform beneath your very eye or simply relax, sit back and watch the sun set on your perfect day. Whilst the outside will not disappoint, neither will the inside. Accessed down a narrow, uneven track 100 yards from the coastal road, this 1930s cabin has a unique ambience which overwhelms you with a sense of calm and tranquility from the moment you step through the door.

Whitewashed throughout, creating an incredibly light and airy feel on even the dullest of days, it has been lovingly restored and furnished with an eclectic mix of styles from vintage, retro, modern and even finds from the beach. The cabin's tiny galley-kitchen catches the morning sun as it streams through the patio doors and there is all you need to cook up a scrummy meal.

Step up into the cutest of dining-areas (please mind your head) which is festooned with fairy lights galore creating romantic mealtimes and then be drawn through into the little sitting-area which of course takes full advantage of the view.

Both bedrooms lead off from the living area, with blinds in the doorways to keep that open feeling but providing a little bit of privacy. The master bedroom takes pride of place at the front of the cabin and waking up to the view will make it difficult to get out of bed, so breakfast in bed is a must!

Rockwater Cabin is located in what is often referred to as the 'forgotten' corner of Cornwall – the area is beautiful, unspoilt and waiting for you to create memorable holiday moments. Although there is no direct access to the beach from the property, there are various tracks along the cliff (please take care) that lead down to over three miles of fabulous sandy beach – you won't be disappointed – or enjoy a leisurely walk or a really good leg stretch along the coastal footpath, it's right on your doorstep.

Swing your golf clubs at the local links course at Whitsand Bay Hotel or for even more exhilaration try your hand at coasteering or surfing – never done it before? – book a lesson at the Eddystone Cafe on the beach just a short walk down the cliff path from Rockwater Cabin. Charming Cornish villages and towns are plentiful. The working fishing town of Looe provides traditional seaside charm where you can try your luck at crab, mackerel or even deep sea shark fishing and the pretty twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand provide a real step back in time, with colour washed cottages, narrow streets and a seemingly disproportionate number of pubs and cafes!

And if you prefer more grandeur, head for the historical houses and gardens of the Mount Edgcumbe, Port Eliot and Anthony Estates. Whatever you choose to do, at the end of the day you know your idyllic cliffside paradise is waiting for you to return.
