This spacious first floor apartment is in the very heart of this lovely coastal village, with two tempting art galleries below it, the picturesque harbour with its fishing boats and Tatams Beach just yards from the door and wonderful views from the sitting-room over Gerrans Bay towards Nare Head and Gull Rock. In place of a garden there is a bench outside the property where you can enjoy the evening sun and watch the world go by, and of course the beach itself is right on your doorstep. This is a traditional Cornish fishing village and whilst you can unload your belongings close to the property you will then need to park in the nearby village car park.

Inside, this deceptively spacious apartment, accessed by a flight of external stairs, offers three bedrooms – one is a bunk-room – a sitting-room with wonderful sea views and a well-equipped galley-style kitchen. This great centre of village base has the advantage of shops and eateries on the doorstep but within moments you can be relaxing on the beach or striding out on the coastal path that really celebrates the Roseland peninsula.
