A charming barn conversion within the grounds of the owner's home, Streamside Mill has original granite steps enticing you up to the wooden front door. This charming pied-a-terre is just perfect for two plus a small baby. The accommodation includes a pretty, traditionally styled bedroom, a shower-room and open plan living-room with kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable seating space with a warming and welcoming wood-burner. A compact and cosy place to sit and relax with a good book or to watch an old film at any time of the year.

Outside, relax in the shared wild garden with a coffee, whilst listening to the soothing sounds of the flowing stream.

The nearby town of St Just is the most westerly town in mainland Britain and lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are cafes, art galleries and restaurants to visit along with a couple of convenience stores and an antiques shop. This former mining capital of west Penwith and its dramatic coastline offers many hidden beaches off the South West Coastal Path to explore. Geevor and Levant Tin Mines are also worth visiting.

The English Heritage ancient village of Chysauster is around 30 minutes away. Occupied nearly 2,000 years ago this Roman settlement was inhabited by farmers. Take a stroll around the remains of this small village and imagine how these former residents would have lived. The Minack Theatre near Porthcurno needs no introduction. Whether visiting during the day to marvel at the extraordinary achievement of the creator, or enjoying a performance by one of the touring theatre groups, the stunning views from this amazing open-air theatre are well worth the trek.

A holiday in this fantastic and magical part of Cornwall will not disappoint. Walking boots and binoculars essential.
