Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom.
The cottage Rayburn helps create a wonderful warm welcome.
There are lots of little 'cottage' touches throughout, like this cute crockery set.
The sweet kitchen area.
The added benefit of this gorgeous wood-burner makes this an ideal country retreat all year round.
The cottage has four delightful bedrooms.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor.
Bedroom 4 has twin beds.
Bedroom 4 is as pretty as a picture.
Bedroom 3 is a "family" room and has a double and single bed.
The single bed in bedroom 3 is located under the eaves, so take care.
The cottage-style family bathroom.
Gwithian beach is a short drive away, and perfect if you enjoy surfing.
Porthleven is close by and has a sweet little harbour to walk around.
Primrose Cottage has it's own resident robin who likes to visit. Be sure to say hello, he is very friendly.
Enjoy a day or evening out in Porthleven. Watch the boats 'bobbing' about in the harbour, and then enjoy a lunch or dinner in one of the harbour restaurants.

We had such a wonderful time at Primrose Cottage. The cottage was just beautiful, very clean and completely met all of our needs. The owners have thought of everything. We loved all the little finishing details and was amazed at the huge book collection! We would love to return again and would definitely recommend to anyone....

Primrose Cottage is in a quiet & picturesque but central location with short drives to amazing walks. A comfortable, well equipped, pretty cottage that feels welcoming the second you walk through the door. The kitchen is amazing with a beautiful, traditional Rayburn which kept us warm all over the Christmas holiday. A cosy lounge with a wood burner. We had 3 dogs with us & even they are all catered for, with biscuits, blankets, towels & bowls. We had wonderful experience , highly recommend. ...
