Little Martley

If you were looking for cottages like Little Martley, how about trying these:

Little Martley is in a row of five cottages, which were formerly workshops for the Bolitho estate, set back from the flowing Chyandour Brook which winds its way from the Bone Valley to the sea at Mount's Bay. Located in Heamoor, on the outskirts of Penzance, in a tranquil setting, the parking-area is approached through a narrow and low archway (pinch point 1.9 metres) making it unsuitable for vehicles with a top box or bicycles on the roof.

Little Martley has been recently refurbished to a high standard with modern kitchen and dining areas, steps up to the sitting-area on the ground floor, two well-appointed bedrooms (one of which is en suite) and a bathroom on the first floor. The Sportsmans Arms is within walking distance, as are the local shops and the all-important fish and chip shop!

Leave your car at the cottage and enjoy a car-free holiday in the heart of west Penwith. Nearby are gorgeous beaches and moorlands, including Marazion and St Michael's Mount, Newlyn with its art galleries and restaurants, and Mousehole with its cobbled streets and harbour.
