Fabulous uninterrupted views are showcased from this lovely Victorian cottage tucked away in the heart of Falmouth. The windows on the first floor perfectly frame the ever-changing view of the water and port, mesmerising at any time of year. Part of a private terrace of just three properties located on a steep hill in the heart of Falmouth, just a short downhill stroll through traffic-free roads into the centre of town, it is easy to nip out for breakfast croissants or explore the abundance of bistros, restaurants and bars in the evening, in this very relaxing location.

The open plan kitchen/dining-room is the perfect place to gather for lingering meals around the dining-table with the warming heat from the wood-burner and the entertainment from a Smart TV in the cooler months or perhaps pop out to the sunny courtyard at the back of the property for an al fresco supper during the summer.

The main bedroom really makes the most of the views, relax in the king-size bed looking out at this calming vista. There is a little terrace at the front of the cottage which is also used to access 1 and 2 Thetis Place, providing a little sitting-area, which is the picture perfect spot for sipping morning coffee whilst watching the busy boats.

The first floor has fabulous, elevated views from the sitting-room that stretch across the front of the cottage with windows on two sides, and another Smart TV, making the steep stairs certainly worth it. The second bedroom has 'zip and link' (super-king or twin) beds, so perfect for children and couples alike. The adjacent shower-room is light and airy with a large shower cubicle which is lovely after a day out walking the coastal footpath or swimming at one of the nearby beaches.

Falmouth has plenty to offer with beaches, water sport tuition, ferry services and many organised events, such as Falmouth Oyster Festival, Sea Shanty Festival and Falmouth Week. Venture a little further and there are glorious subtropical gardens to explore beside the Helford River at Glendurgan and Trebah as well as Trelissick near Truro; coastal footpaths winding around the town and onwards to the Lizard peninsula, and the fabulous surfing beaches and dramatic cliffs of the north coast to explore.
