Cedar Lodge

If you were looking for cottages like Cedar Lodge, how about trying these:

Cedar Lodge is a cosy cottage in a quiet rural location. All on one level, the open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas create a very sociable space for a couple or small family; two bedrooms – one double and one twin – are separated by a very practical wet-room.

Babies are very welcome and if you are planning to use the travel cot, one twin bed can be stored beneath the other to make space for a cot in Bedroom 2. If four people plus a baby are staying, the cot will need to be placed in the open plan area, as there is not enough space in either of the bedrooms.

Situated in Thomas Hardy country, just 12 miles inland from the magnificent Jurassic Coast, there is so much to explore all within a very short drive. Iconic Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door celebrate the geology of this very special coastline, and the delightful Saxon walled town of Wareham is gateway to the Jurassic Coast and the Isle of Purbeck. The National Trust's magnificent Corfe Castle and the beautiful sandy beaches at Studland and Swanage are also close by. After a busy day exploring, the fully enclosed garden allows you to relax and take in the country air with your tired and content dog safely by your side.

Cedar Lodge is in the grounds of the owners' house, from where they run their own business called Highsteppers that provides horse drawn transport for weddings and special occasions; guests will see their magnificent horses in the nearby fields and you may be able to accompany them on a drive around the picturesque Dorset countryside.
