This large contemporary detached house is set in an elevated position halfway between the lovely villages of Gerrans and Portscatho. Carefully designed so the living spaces face towards the sea, the uninterrupted views encompass the whole of Gerrans Bay. With large windows in each room, including a big bay window in the kitchen, this is a light and airy house, furnished with New England style furniture and seaside themed accessories. A large elevated deck stretches the full width of the house, perfect for outdoor meals.

Portscatho is within easy walking distance with an eclectic mix of shops, art galleries, a popular pub and family-friendly Tatams beach, while the larger sandy beach at Porthcurnick is a slightly longer stroll along the coast path.

Harbour View has a spacious entrance hall leading to the big sitting/dining-room with panoramic views, an extensive selection of books, maps, CDs, DVDs and a wood-burner. Fully fitted with all necessary appliances, the kitchen also has a bay window with a bespoke table and cushioned bench seats. There is a separate cloakroom, a big utility-room and a door leading out to the side decked area. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, sitting-area with TV/DVD player and en suite shower-room while two further twin bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Outside, the wonderful south-facing elevated deck-area is accessed from the sitting-room, with outdoor dining furniture and a rattan sofa, chair and tables. The panoramic 180 degrees view stretches from Pednavan Point to Nare Head and Gull Rock right over to Portscatho harbour and Pencabe. Steps from the deck lead down to a fully enclosed lawned rear garden.
