SingleThis beautifully presented terraced cottage in the heart of St Ives has sea views and an enclosed garden. Set down a quiet lane just a few hundred yards from the Tate St Ives and the golden sands of Porthmeor beach, this is the ideal retreat.
A modern kitchen with granite worktops and an electric range cooker has a step up to the open plan living area, where French doors lead out to the pretty garden. There is also a spacious shower-room downstairs with airer for drying clothes. On the first floor, two of the bedrooms have sea views, and another flight of stairs leads up to the sitting-room, with its delightful views across bustling St Ives.
Whilst there is no parking here, there is a car park nearby as well as a park and ride scheme for convenience.
