This stunning three-storey holiday home is in the enviable position of being only a few minutes' stroll from the beach and also the centre of Ryde town. Built in the early part of Queen Victoria's reign, this imposing property offers wonderful views across The Solent and is a firm favourite with our guests.

Once inside you will find the ground floor offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining-room with doors leading out to a sun-room. A lovely large dining-table means the whole family can gather and enjoy mealtimes together. The sun-room looks over the front patio-area which is well shielded with cleverly planted bamboo making this a perfect sun-trap to dine al fresco. The separate sitting-room to the front of the house overlooks the front lawned garden with the sea just a few minutes beyond. It has an open fire for a cosy ambiance in the cooler months.

One of the twin bedrooms is located on the ground floor, along with a shower-room and further cloakroom, making this an ideal property for the different generations of your family.

On the lower ground floor there is a separate snug with television and Sky, for the kids to enjoy their choice of film uninterrupted. Alongside this is a games-room complete with darts and table-football, ideal for family entertainment when the sun happens not to be shining. A large utility-room with both a washing machine and tumble-drier completes the facilities on this floor.

The first floor offers four bright, spacious bedrooms, two doubles and two twin bedrooms. Two out of the four have en suite shower-rooms, as well as a separate family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Seacrest House is within a ten minute stroll from Ryde Canoe Lake, here there is a children's outdoor paddling pool and play area. Ryde town is a level walk away with a wide variety of cafes and restaurants, as well as interesting independent shops alongside high street mainstays. Walk down the pier or along the seafront towards the village of Seaview where you'll find several beachfront cafes. Inviting stretches of sand and shallow water make these beaches some of the most welcoming on the Island.
