Uplands is a very spacious dormer bungalow set in large mature gardens with superb views over St Mawes harbour. Situated in a quiet location, the property provides comfortable accommodation for the larger family or group of friends. Summers Beach, the largest beach in St Mawes, is at the bottom of the lane and the sailing club, quay, village shops, restaurants and harbour are only a short walk away.

The light and spacious sitting-room has large picture windows that really make the most of the amazing views, as does the conservatory which is a great space for dining or relaxing.

There is an annexe in the grounds (not available for use) which is very occasionally occupied by the owners for the odd night.

There are a multitude of wonderful eating places within a few miles of the property, from the famous Hidden Hut at Porthcurnick beach, the Rosevine and Driftwood hotels with their outstanding restaurants and The Idle Rocks and Hotel Tresanton in St Mawes which both offer exceptional food and sublime sea views.

There are galleries selling original Cornish art, farmers' markets and renowned Cornish gardens to explore. The nearby King Harry Ferry crosses the River Fal giving easy access to the pretty Cathedral City of Truro, maritime Falmouth and the dramatic cliffs and sandy surfing beaches of the north coast.

At any time of year and however active or inactive you choose to be, a holiday at Uplands is sure to give you some wonderful memories of Cornwall.
