    First class service.

    Excellent. Staff always ready to help whenever it is needed, which is not often. We have been visiting the same cottage for many years and only had a problem when the property.changed hands. The response from Classic Cottages was brilliant.

    Excellent service

    I called with questions about a property I wanted to book. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, friendly and competent. I quickly received an answer per email after my call. I am very pleased with the service I received!!

    100% Customer Service experience

    Excellent service. I needed to move my booking from July to December and it was sorted out in a flash. Thanks to the staff and owner for making it so easy.
    Communication is always 100% with Classic.

    Process as smooth as a cream tea!

    The lady to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. My queries were answered quickly and the booking and deposit paid in no time.

    Resolving my booking.

    The young man who helped me with the booking was extremely polite and helpful.
    The credit card was not accepted initially and he sorted it out for me.

    Disappointed not understanding whatsoever

    I paid 300 deposit but had to cancel due to my husband being vet I’ll I gave 7 months notice but the company refused to give me my deposit back although I told them I was desperate for the money as my husband can no longer work. They said try and get someone to buy the holiday off you !!

    We're so very sorry to hear of your husband’s ill health and can only extend our heartfelt apologies for any further stress or disappointment caused by this. As third-party agents, we are required to work in line with our booking conditions, which would ordinarily mean a loss of the associated percentage of the booking upon cancellation. However, we would always speak to the property owners in exceptional circumstances, to see if there is anything we can do to assist you, and provide guests with any necessary paperwork for travel insurance claims in such circumstances. We are so sorry that on this occasion, the communication with the property owner did not appear to happen. We have since been in contact with the owner and yourself, to discuss a solution. Once again, we would like to apologise for any upset caused by this and are wishing your husband well. Joel, Customer Support

    Who wouldn't use Classic Cottages???

    This is the first dealing we have had with Classic Cottages and their organisation is a breath of fresh air compared to the service received from another large booking agency. Their organisation is definately customer facing and easy to deal with.

    Responsive, always available

    Always very responsive, cannot fault them. All communications clear and precise, and good telephone support as well. So far just booked a holiday home for next year, and hoping that it lives up to expectations.
