    It was very easy to book on line, next morning an email confirmation that my holiday was all set, phone and paid deposit to a very polite receptionist. Email back within 5 mins conferming payment... We are now very much look forward to our holiday.. Thankyou. Kay.

    THe web site was easy and inviting and the possibility of life chat was very helpful. Instant answers to questions. Very friendly and helpful, as if they were friends. This gives confidence.
    Obviously, we cannot rate the holiday yet as we are still waiting for it.

    Good clear instructions regarding deposit, payment and details of accomadation and some really good advise about the area we are visiting.
    Certainly wetting our appetite to stay in the apartment in 2 months time.

    A positive experience every time.

    We have booked many holidays through Classic Cottages and cannot fault them. The descriptions of the Cottages are always accurate and the staff are friendly and helpful.

    Holiday cottage

    They took a long time to find a suitable cottage for the requirements we wanted & some of the places offered didn't even sleep 2 adults in two separate bedrooms. One of the cottages did say in the information that the second bedroom is only suitable for children! When something suitable was found the process of booking it was quick and easy. When I asked about booking the ferry I was told someone will be in touch which they haven't, so look like that's something else I'll have to do. Speaking to some one I know who booked through you they got discount on the ferry crossing as were able to book at the same time, so I don't know why it should be different for me!

    Quick, professional, accurate, reliable company

    Quick, reliable and professional service. We have used Classic cottages previously and their standard of cottages are second to none. I have found the information provided by them about previous cottages we have booked has been very accurate.
