    GREAT SERVICE

    EXCELLENT AND VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL
    I had to change my booking due to a Accident whereby the property I had booked had stairs and not suitable so changed to an Apartment all on one floor.
    The insurance covered me to do this and all monies except administration fee transferred to
    New booking. An excellent Company and Staff. THANK YOU

    Really impressed with this company

    I’ve just booked a holiday through Classic Cottages. Everyone I’ve had contact with by email or phone at the company has been so helpful, friendly Anne professional. I’ve been really impressed. The cottage looks wonderful and we’re really looking forward to our holiday in a few months’ time

    Awful website

    Most diffcult website that I've come across (no stars). Gave up in the end, 'phoned and received excellent service (5 stars) Hence overall averrage.

    Lovely, helpful staff

    All the staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient, they made the booking process very straightforward. It was easier to book by phone as the website booking took me in a loop and I gave up.

    First class service.

    Excellent. Staff always ready to help whenever it is needed, which is not often. We have been visiting the same cottage for many years and only had a problem when the property.changed hands. The response from Classic Cottages was brilliant.

    Excellent service

    I called with questions about a property I wanted to book. The lady on the phone was very pleasant, friendly and competent. I quickly received an answer per email after my call. I am very pleased with the service I received!!

    100% Customer Service experience

    Excellent service. I needed to move my booking from July to December and it was sorted out in a flash. Thanks to the staff and owner for making it so easy.
    Communication is always 100% with Classic.

    Resolving my booking.

    The young man who helped me with the booking was extremely polite and helpful.
    The credit card was not accepted initially and he sorted it out for me.
