Step outside of the kitchen, and you will arrive at the top of these stone steps. Please take care when using the steps, as may prove slippy following rain.

The glorious wood-burner makes this such a cosy place on a chilly winter's day.

The entrance to the courtyard is via the 5-bar gate. Please note, cars are not permitted to enter the courtyard, as this is a communal space.
The lane which runs down to the farm beyond will sometimes experience traffic from the farm. Please do not let children or dogs play in the lane or remain unsupervised.
