Quietly tucked away in the pretty village of Ladock, The Coach House is a traditionally styled English country home. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing large family meals to enjoy in the elegant dining-room and there is plenty of space in the sitting-room for everyone to sit around the cosy fireplace to socialise.
With one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms upstairs, including a generously sized master bedroom with its own dressing-room and bathroom, the house comfortably accommodates eight.
There is a large private terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue for those summer meals outside. You are also welcome to use the separate area of garden below the drive, which runs down to the lane. It is surrounded by mature trees and is a spectacle of colour in the spring when the azaleas, rhododendrons and camellias are in full bloom. Please be mindful that the owner, who lives in the former Rectory next door, may occasionally bring their horses through this part of the garden and their dogs also have access. If you decide to use this additional area and have a dog yourself, the owner would be grateful if you would keep it on a lead.
The village community shop is a 150 yard walk from the house for day to day provisions and there is also a local pub The Falmouth Arms for an early evening drink before supper.
