The cosy sitting-area has a large comfortable sofa and arm chair, and steep wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine-area, a perfect den for the older children to chill out in (please note, there is limited headroom in this area). The south-facing garden is an absolute joy and brimming with shrubs and flowers in the summer, the perfect spot to enjoy a pot of coffee and chat over your plans for your day ahead. Your four-legged friend is very welcome too, although the garden is not fully enclosed, so close supervision is needed.
