If you love the sound of birdsong and a wonderfully peaceful rural location, Pascoe’s Pippin is the perfect holiday home for you. Tucked down a little lane and surrounded by fields and woodland, the beaches, clifftop walks and waterside villages of the Cornish south coast are all nearby.
Much thought has been given to the quality, furnishing and decor throughout, with the open plan ground floor having a bespoke hand-built kitchen, industrial-inspired dining furniture and comfortable seating set around a warming wood-burner. A door leads out to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. The light-filled bedrooms have soaring apex ceilings, comfortable mattresses and en suite bathrooms with drench-head showers and big warming towel rails.
Pascoe’s Pippin is a semi-detached barn conversion with lovely Hocking’s Green (3860) next door and Gilliflower (4263) across the courtyard, making this the ideal spot for families and friends to holiday together. Each cottage has its own outdoor area and look out to the central courtyard, with the Owners’ lovely old farmhouse opposite (facing away from the cottages). There is a shared grassy picnic-area in the beautifully landscaped grounds which guests are welcome to use, bordered by trees and providing a wonderful wildlife haven for woodland animals and birdlife.
