The Limes is nestled in a corner of St Helens Green overlooking the cricket pitch, with far reaching views from the rear master bedroom over Brading Marshes. The location is peaceful with just a short walk to the beach, the Bembridge Harbour and several places to dine out around the Village Green. The property itself offers a charming open plan kitchen/diner with an additional seating area with doors out to the lovely mature cottage garden and decking with plenty of outdoor seating, the perfect setting for a barbeque. The cosy separate sitting-room is to the front overlooking the Green, plus there is a separate, more formal, dining-room. There are three good sized double bedrooms, a large single, and three newly updated modern bathrooms. Nowhere is too far away on the Island and St Helens is a great base to explore the stunning coastline of West Wight, but with everything you would need in close proximity for the less adventurous days. There is off street parking for one vehicle.
