The sitting-room is the perfect place to relax, with deep comfortable antiqued leather sofas and a cosy wood-burner with all your wood provided.
Both bedrooms are super-luxurious. This is the ground floor bedroom with access to the deck and with stunning views.
The views are everything here but you don't have to just look - guests are welcome to explore the ancient woodland that leads down to the River Exe.
The living room is off the kitchen/dining-room, walk through to the ground floor bedroom which is down one step.

The kitchen is equipped as a true home from home would be.

There is also a little Shepherd's Hut with decking for guests to use. What a place to sit to watch the deer coming out to graze.   The Shepherd's Hut is shared with guests at The Pottery.

This is the stunning farmstead setting for the cottage - the white painted barn conversion to the left.  Its outlook is away from the farmstead down the valley.
In the spring, bluebell woods stretch throughout the unspoilt woodland - feel welcome to wander and explore.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.
