The Aga is a delight and you will really enjoy using it for cooking up wholesome family meals using local produce from the farm shop up the road.
Nowhere could be more perfect for a complete get away with family and friends. This place is totally secluded, an oasis of peace and quiet.
The island, the double Aga, the sink with a view... what a kitchen! Two sets of French windows lead to the terrace as well.

This is the main sitting-room with its inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove. beyond is the playroom/snug and the ground floor bedroom.

This is bedroom 3. All three of the other bedrooms have twin beds but you are welcome to push them together of course. These truckle beds are very high quality and have fully sprung mattresses.

Lyme Regis on the Devon/Dorset border is a great place for a day out. This is the iconic Cobb Harbour.
Lyme Regis has a pretty harbour, a long curving beach with sand one end and pebbles the other, a long promenade and a lovely high street of independent shops and cafes.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.

  • 30% off between 01 Sep and 13 Oct 2018 for parties up to 6 + cot. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are excluded at the discounted rate.
  • 30% off between 03 Nov and 08 Dec 2018 for parties up to 6 + cot. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are excluded at the discounted rate.
