The New Forest is about 50 minutes away, perfect for a day trip, you can wander through the ancient woodland or hire bikes in Burley or Brockenhurst and explore miles of paths and tracks.

West Bay and the Jurassic Coast is an hour away, there is a quirky vintage centre near the coast; this working fishing port offers day fishing trips.
The market town of Wareham gateway to the Jurassic coast has much to offer, including kayak hire, summer boat trips, or just sit and watch the world go by.
The Isle of Purbeck looking back towards Bournemouth bay, home to some fabulous heath species and the RSBP nature reserve at Arne is well worth a visit.
Dorset Wildlife Trust manage the lagoon on Brownsea Island, breeding ground for many species of bird, a day boat trip can include a tour of Poole harbour too. The lagoon has a webcam.
The village of Corfe is dominated by the castle, the guided tour gives some fabulous views.
Lulworth Cove is spectacular and busy most of the year round.

Pricing

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

A non-refundable booking fee of £28 is payable per booking.
