The easily accessible, central location of this first floor barn conversion – found in the friendly village of Grampound – is perfect for exploring both near and far. The beautiful Roseland peninsula is on the doorstep and north coast beaches at Perranporth and Newquay are only twelve miles away. In addition, renowned gardens at Trewithan, Heligan and Eden, Mevagissey’s fishing harbour, tall ships at Charlestown and numerous coastal walks are all within ten miles. Tug’s Barn is set beside the Owners’ Victorian house in four acres of grounds you are welcome to explore, and is accessed by exterior steps leading directly into the WiFi-enabled sitting-room with its well-equipped kitchen-area and comfortable chairs. There is a separate dining-room and the bedroom is adjacent to the spacious shower-room. A picnic table outside is great for al fresco meals and the Owner (a professional gardener) can provide home-grown vegetable boxes by private arrangement.
