DoubleThis lovely bright and spacious detached house located on a quiet lane in Seaview is just a ten minute stroll from the beautiful beach at Seagrove Bay. With a charming large enclosed rear garden it is perfect for enjoying warm evenings and has a good sized patio with outdoor seating for al fresco dining. Furnished throughout to a high standard Garsdon has flexible accommodation with two of the bedrooms on the ground floor.
The modern kitchen and dining-room offer plenty of space for cooking up a feast and dining all together after a day out on the beach. The sitting-room has ample soft seating and overlooks the garden. The twin bedrooms share the ground floor family bathroom and there are two doubles on the first floor, one of which has an en suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
In a wonderful location within easy reach of Seaview village and within walking distance of some of the Island's best beaches, Garsdon is a fantastic Classic Cottage. The village itself has several places to dine out, a community store selling local produce and a charming cafe perfect for morning coffee and cake. The Seaview Hotel has a more formal dining restaurant and a relaxed pub menu in the bar area. The Old Fort on the sea front has amazing views across the water and with outdoor seating you can watch the boats sail by with a glass of wine in hand - what more could you want.
