This light and spacious apartment with the most spectacular sea views could just be the perfect coastal retreat. Sitting on the Sunny Corner side of Coverack, above the pretty arc-shaped bay, 76 Degrees Blue is a great base from which to explore this stunning part of the Lizard peninsula.

As you descend the 50 garden steps from the dedicated parking-area, (for those who prefer a flatter scenic walk avoiding the garden steps, there is alternative access to the ground floor via the coast path from the chapel), perhaps stop for a moment to take in the lovely blue colour of the sea. Continue further down one flight of internal stairs, through the attractive period building to the ground floor and you will find the entrance to this very well-kept apartment. Drop your bags, throw open the French doors and you will find the sheltered private garden, which boasts the most wonderful of sea views. This area is perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or just relaxing with a good book.

The apartment has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and the adjoining sitting/dining-room is ideal for casual breakfasts and lazy lunches. Holiday movie nights are well catered for on the Smart TV which is connected to a satellite dish, as well as a 50mbps superfast broadband connection. After a full day out exploring the area, the two bedrooms, which share a modern shower-room, provide a restful haven and are located at the rear of the property, in a quiet spot for that perfect night's sleep.

A garden gate leads directly onto the South West Coast Path; look left and you'll see it wind its way past an attractive row of fishermen's cottages into the village of Coverack. Only a five minute walk away you'll find the heart of this friendly village with its harbour, tasty cafes, hotel, handy shop and pub. There's even a small windsurfing school which also rents out kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Turn right and you head out towards Lizard Point (11 miles) along the spectacular clifftop paths.
