KingThis absolutely lovely family home in Bembridge, on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, has a large garden and stunning sea views. With a gated entrance Little Forelands is private, with ample parking for up to three cars. The garden is at the rear of the house and is quite spectacular with uninterrupted sea views across the fields. The outdoor swimming pool is both heated and gated, so safe for the younger ones in the family. There are two outdoor seating areas to enjoy, one with outdoor sofas, and there are loungers around the pool side. Ultimate relaxation to soak up the Island sunshine and dip your toes in the pool.
The house sleeps ten in total and is laid over two floors, three of the bedrooms being on the ground floor. There is an elegant and spacious sitting-room with views out to the garden, with plenty of soft seating this room is ideal to relax in with your family. There is even a piano for those that fancy a tinkle of the ivories. A large conservatory overlooks the garden and a separate snug room with television is perfect for the younger ones to have their own space to watch a film.
The kitchen leads through to the dining-room and is light and airy, and continues through to the conservatory where there is additional soft seating. French doors from both the dining-room and conservatory lead out onto the garden and the pool beyond. Little Forelands offers plenty of space for everyone.
The ground floor bedrooms are a twin room with en suite shower-room, king-size double room and a bunk bedroom with an en suite shower-room. The double and the bunk-rooms are interconnecting but are also able to be accessed separately from each side. Each of the rooms are beautifully furnished and the double has its own television.
On the first floor there are the further two bedrooms, another twin with en suite shower-room and the main bedroom which has a king-size bed, television and doors leading out to a balcony with a sensational sea view across the lawn; you can sit here with your morning coffee and you will never want to leave. This room also has an en suite shower-room.
Approximately a 20 minute walk takes you up to Bembridge village where there is everything you could possibly need. A good choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants to dine at, as well as some independent shops selling local produce, a butcher, bakery and fishmongers. There is also a convenience store a ten minute walk away. Bembridge is surrounded by many fantastic beaches, ranging from sandy to shingle. Forelands beach is the nearest to Little Forelands, around a ten minute walk away, which also has a highly recommended beach cafe serving lunches and ice creams. The waters here are shallow, due to Forelands ledge, making it ideal for younger ones to swim or for a bit of rock pooling. There are many other beaches to enjoy around Bembridge itself and the Island, and a vast choice of coastal walks to appreciate. The Island can give you a traditional family holiday in stunning surroundings all from your little slice of heaven at Little Forelands.

The swimming pool is available for use from the beginning of May until the end of September. The grass tennis court is available between the beginning of June and the end of August, subject to weather conditions. The open fire in the sitting-room is ornamental and not for guests' use.
