KingA seaside sanctuary, Shore House is a beautifully decorated three-storey house, with its own private heated swimming pool. Making the most of the far reaching views over the Solent, this property has a balcony off the double bedroom on the first floor and a huge picture window from the main bedroom on the second floor. Along with another twin bedroom and two bath/shower rooms Shore House has plenty of space for the whole family. The open plan kitchen/diner is well-equipped and patio doors open out to a stunning garden with heated swimming pool. Laid with part tiles and part decking this private idyll is somewhere you can relax, enjoy a meal al fresco and a dip in the pool.
Shore House is positioned on the Seaview Duver, five minutes from the village of Seaview. A lovely stroll along the seafront takes you to the town of Ryde, passing Puckpool Park and several cafes with waterfront seating. Ryde has a great choice of places to eat and many boutique shops to wander around.
Seaview village comes alive in the summer months, hosting the Seaview Regatta every August with a range of sporting events and a firework finale. The island can however be a great place to holiday in the quieter months, there are many wonderful coastal walks and a fantastic selection of country pubs where you can enjoy a hearty roast by the fire.
Shore House has been enjoyed by its owners at all times of the year, with a cosy sitting-room to relax in on cooler days and the fabulous pool decked area for the sunny ones. Please note the swimming pool is only open from the beginning of May to the end of September.
