A large doorway leads into the open plan kitchen/dining area, where you will find a fabulous bespoke hand-built kitchen. This is most definitely the hub of the house, where lingering suppers are bound to take place around the informal dining-table and then afterwards why not snuggle up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner with a glass of wine. French doors lead out onto a private terrace overlooking the stunning gardens, perfect for morning coffee and al fresco evening drinks. A handy utility-room is accessed from the rear of the house, where you can leave your beach gear or muddy walking boots, there is also a handy shower-room here too, just the job for washing sandy toes and salty hair.
Stairs take you up to a lovely bright and sunny landing with dual-aspect views over the garden, leading to the three bedrooms, a super stylish family bathroom, and rather funky retro cloakroom. Each light-filled bedroom has high ceilings, super comfy mattresses and very pretty linens.
