Bedroom 1
KingCowries is a cosy ground floor apartment sleeping two with fabulous uninterrupted views of Gerrans Bay and the pretty seaside village of Portscatho. Situated directly above the harbour and virtually at the end of the Lugger – a row of predominantly traditional stone-built fishermen’s cottages – the apartment is one of a small number set back from a no-through road, which has very little passing traffic.
The village centre with a general store, pub, cafe and galleries is a short level stroll away, and the harbour and beach are likewise immediately to hand.
The apartment (with its own designated parking space) is approached by a short flight of steps from the private parking-area to the front of the property.
There is access at the rear to a small secluded gravelled-area; this is a useful space to store kayaks, bikes, etc.
