Nestled in the garden, just across from the main house, is a standalone one bedroom annexe with en suite. This beautiful addition to the property further complements this very special holiday home, providing a fabulous hideaway for two members of your party.

The cot in the Snug is a fixed cot and can't be moved, however if you wish to bring a travel cot there is lots of room in Bedroom 3. Take care, there are sloping ceilings in Bedroom 3 and its en suite. *Only 1 cot is provided, bring your own travel cot.

The fabulous bi-fold doors fully open to enhance your dining experience to the maximum.
Fancy banqueting like royalty? In this magnificent dining-room you can't help feeling rather regal. The room links the house beautifully, also offering easy and direct access to the patio-area.
The patio-area is slightly shaded, providing the perfect place to spark up the barbecue and dine al fresco in this superb spot.
The beautiful cabin nestled in the garden provides the perfect spot to cuddle up and enjoy the view.

Retreating to this luxurious sitting-room is a real treat.

The kitchen/dining-room is a beautifully light and airy space. It is easy to see why this could prove to be the most popular room in the house.
The fully equipped kitchen is completely state of the art, with no expense spared on equipment, gadgets and general facilities. Whipping up a feast will prove a pleasure in this gorgeous kitchen.

Bedroom 1 offers this sumptuous king-size bed.
Bedroom 1 has an en suite linked via this walkway, which makes doubling this en suite as the downstairs bathroom facility easy and private.
En suite to bedroom 1 is very spacious.
This room is now a snug with a sofa bed. On request the sofa can also double as an alternative sleeping facility (as it converts into a super comfy double bed)
The desk is very handy if work calls.
Venture upstairs to the first floor, and prepare to be wowed.
Bedroom 2 now has a single bed with a truckle bed underneath if needed. This lovely room has oodles of space to pull the truckle out and create two single beds.
Pretty bedroom 2 also has a cot.
Bedroom 3 is stunning. This super-king size bed just makes you want to dive straight in.
What a view to wake up to! Anyone for breakfast in bed?
