DoubleTucked away down a Cornish country lane, this contemporary barn conversion is a great base for exploring Cornwall or the perfect spot for enjoying the bountiful wildlife in the surrounding countryside.
Entering the property through the double doors into the light and airy reception room, you will instantly relax. The chic kitchen/diner is well-stocked for all your culinary needs and with calming views over the fields, it is a great place to eat your breakfast.
The double bedroom at the far end of the barn has a bright, modern en suite shower-room. Outside, the barn has a private sitting-area with table and chairs where you will be surrounded by wildlife and can watch the buzzards rise over the fields.
Buzzard's Rise offers an excellent holiday location; the owner lives nearby, but the property maintains its privacy.
Buzzard's Rise is a just over a mile along a country lane from Stithians village with a local shop and a lovely pub worth visiting. There are many footpaths to discover in the local area and Stithians reservoir is a walk or quick drive away where many activities and water sports are on offer.
The beautiful north and south coastlines are within easy reach and the coastal destinations of Falmouth and Porthleven are only a short drive away so do sample some delicious Cornish delicacies.
