The sitting-room has high ceilings with a large arched window leading onto a spacious balcony, from which to enjoy the view and a wood-burner to snuggle around for those cosy winter evenings.
St Mawes is a five minute drive away and home to the glamorous Hotel Tresanton and Idle Rocks, take tea on the terrace or a cocktail at the beach club. Catch a ferry to bustling Falmouth or further up the River Fal to National Trust Trelissick House with its glorious gardens and creekside walks.
There are numerous sandy beaches close by, Pendower, Carne, Towan and Porthcurnick Beach with the well-known Hidden Hut beach cafe which serves delicious outdoor cooked food. Nearby Curgurrell farm shop supplies fresh locally-caught fish, crab and lobster alongside home-grown vegetables and artisan bread.
