You can walk directly onto the coastal footpath from the terraced garden and from there to the sandy family-friendly beach at Porthcurnick or to Portscatho village centre, with its inviting range of shops and galleries for those holiday treats.
With an open fire in the sitting-room, this is a great base whatever the time of year when you can set off for a lazy summer day on the beach or an exhilarating clifftop walk out-of-season. The accommodation is very flexible, set over three floors, with one double, one twin and two single bedrooms – one tucked up in the attic.
The house is attractively presented with lovely wooden floors in the sitting-room and dining-room and the painted stairs to the attic bedroom giving it a great seaside feel – as if the view from the large window in the sitting-room was not enough!
There is a parking space on the edge of the coastal path at the bottom of the garden so from the moment you arrive you will be wowed by the location and the panoramic views that the Roseland peninsula has to offer.
