High above the Axe estuary, this hidden retreat is just a short walk from the South West Coast Path along the stunning east Devon and west Dorset Jurassic Coast.
Steps lead down from the parking-area to a private terrace, where French windows take you into the open plan living area of this ground floor bolthole. There is also a peaceful garden for guests tucked behind the property.
The River Axe is at the foot of the very steep road leading to Little Woodlands, and is home to a wonderful bird sanctuary. Seaton’s harbour and pebble beach are also within walking distance.
Little Woodlands is set in a wooded hillside behind the owners’ home in the original coastguards’ cottages.
