Once through the front door, and into the cheerful entrance hall, you will find a bright contemporary living, dining and kitchen space. It is tasteful and welcoming. The well-equipped kitchen leads to a laundry-area and a convenient ground floor shower-room.
From the dining-area, French doors lead out to a large patio and enclosed garden. You will want to rise early to enjoy a morning coffee here or stay up late with a glass of wine when the weather permits. This enclosed oasis of green is perfect for young children to play.
Upstairs offers a spacious double bedroom, a twin room that would suit children as well as adults, and a bunk-room that young ones are sure to enjoy. In addition, you will find a contemporary family bathroom on this level.
Trevenna is located a very short distance from the heart of Seaview, a charming village with a lovely collection of cafes and restaurants, including the Old Fort pub and Lily's Cafe. The Seaview Hotel boasts an award-winning restaurant (and pub) that is sure to tempt you. The community shop features locally-made products, as well as newspapers and freshly baked goods.
The coastline along the village is ideal for rock-pooling and crabbing. While further along at Seagrove Bay, the sandy beach is the perfect place to spread out and relax for the day. Seaview Village has everything you are likely to need, but at Trevenna you are also ideally situated to explore the entire Island.
