From a spacious central hall, you will be drawn into a well-appointed sitting/dining-room. Along with comfortable soft furnishings, this room also benefits from a large dining-table - perfect for meals or a place to spread out and plan daily excursions. French doors lead out to a private terrace overlooking the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September) and extensive shared grounds.
Also accessed from the central hall is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with dining-area, ideal for informal meals with young children.
The apartment has two bedrooms; a large double with an en suite shower-room and a unique twin room that boasts two American-sized beds. There is also a modern family bathroom.

Apt 1 Springfield Court only accommodates four guests, there is flexibility as to which beds are used. There is a booking system in place for the sole use of the swimming pool. The apartment has use for one hour per day, this can be booked a week in advance (online booking system instructions can be found in the property). In addition there is a communal use of the pool each day between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
