Quay Cottage is all about location, location, location and wow, have they got it right! Situated at the end of a private track, perched at the edge of the woods above the tidal Percuil river, with wonderful views over the water towards St Mawes, this is every holidaymaker’s dream. A truly magical and idyllic spot with its own quay and no near neighbours, it is ideal for a quiet and restful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If you can dare to pull yourself away from this perfect setting then the area has a whole host of fishing harbours and villages to discover, footpaths to explore, beaches to comb and numerous foodie gems to sample.
Perfect for a large family or group of friends wishing to be together, this 17th Century cottage will not disappoint. The large kitchen/diner is the ideal place for sociable gatherings and the spacious dual-aspect sitting-room affords views of the water and the countryside beyond. Wooden stairs lead to the bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor, with two of the rooms taking advantage of that view of course. Outside there are sunny patios, a walled lawn-area and grassy areas to enjoy and of course that all-important mooring (dries out at low tide).
