Kingston is a pretty little village full of thatched cottages. Close to the coast, there are some glorious beaches to explore, the nearest being Wonwell Beach on the River Avon estuary. The beach and cliffs at Owen's Point are a half-hour walk from the cottage. Right in the middle of the village, Ivydale is a pretty double fronted cottage with steps up to a spacious rear garden. This comfortable cottage has a large sitting-room with an open staircase dividing the room and a small study area on the other side (watch your head on the stairs), and a spacious kitchen/diner. Upstairs are the three pretty bedrooms, a narrow landing and a contemporary bathroom.
