The Lizard Point and its famous lighthouse (beware of the fog horn on misty nights!) are well-known Cornish landmarks. This delightful property is a mere five minutes from the clifftop and spectacular coastal path – wonderful for an invigorating cliff walk in either direction. Found on the narrow approach lane to the Point, this comfortable detached dormer bungalow has a loft bedroom upstairs (please take care with toddlers on the steep, open-tread stairs), from where the views out to sea are superb (see photograph). Glimpses of the water are also possible from the sitting-room and downstairs bedroom. With a pretty enclosed garden, easy access to the beaches and only a short stroll from Lizard village, this is a lovely spot for a memorable holiday. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
