An acre of communal lawns, parking space and a children’s play-area means plenty of room for relaxation, and walks can be enjoyed within the Owners’ 500 acre dairy farm, where milking time can sometimes be viewed by prior arrangement. Although rural, Bowjy Cottage has easy access to excellent roads, so sandy beaches and windswept sand dunes at Perranporth are a short drive away; the mellow south coast, north coast surfing beaches, and the delightful Cathedral City of Truro are also within reach by car.
