Set on a hill overlooking the Kensey Valley, Trebursye Hill is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful break. With lovely views of unspoilt farmland (take care with dogs around livestock), this delightful cottage is attached to the Owners’ home but is quite separate, with a private entrance approached by stone steps. The open plan living-room has a galley-style kitchen and French doors out to a private patio and the steep terraced gardens (shared with the Owners) with a stream, orchard and paddock. Back inside, a book-lined staircase leads up to the spacious bathroom on the half-landing, and on to the pretty bedroom above. The local pub is close by, and both coasts and the moors are within easy driving distance. The water is from a private supply which is tested regularly.
