When Classic Cottages took on ‘Maryland’ for us in 2004 our occupancy went from 30% (16 weeks in 2004) to 79% (41 weeks in 2006), which speaks for itself.

Classic obviously have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the self-catering holiday trade in the West Country and we have been very impressed by their commitment to achieving the best for both their Owners and guests.
