Classic Cottages charges a commission of 20% (plus VAT), a Cancellation and Administration charge of £20.00 (plus VAT) per week booked and a one off £75 registration fee. These are deducted in calculating the 'Estimate of Income' above.
Our 'Estimate of Income' works on the assumption that peak season weeks are available for letting and are booked first.
