On a hill above the historic former port of Penryn, Hazyview lives up to its name, overlooking rooftops to the Penryn River in the distance. In a quiet residential area, offering easy access to Falmouth and its beaches, the Helford River and beyond, this detached property provides comfortable accommodation, on one level above the garage. The sitting-room and kitchen/diner are at the front of the property to appreciate the views below. The double bedroom has an en suite shower-room and the ‘zip and link’ (5' double or 2'6" twin) bedroom is next to another shower-room. There is a patio-area to the side and, at the rear, steep steps lead to a terrace at roof level (unfenced, making the property unsuitable for young children. Please take care with older children). Ferries from Falmouth visit gardens at Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan, while the Cathedral City of Truro and the north coast are an easy drive.
