The comfortable living-room has a step up to the French doors out to the balcony.
 
The river Tavy passes the cottage (seen on the left) on its way down through the town.The balcony overlooks the river.The entrance hall leads into the stylish sitting/dining-room.
 
The sitting/dining-room is very comfortable.The first floor double bedroom has views over the river.The top floor attic bedroom can be made up as a large double or twin beds.
 
The dressing-room on the first floor has a single bed if guests wish to spread out (but please note the cottage is only available to 4 adults or less).The view from the balcony towards the centre of Tavistock.The front door of the cottage.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
