What a lovely room for a family meal.
 
The front of the barns, from left to right, Tiddy Barn, Lynher Barn, the laundry room and Ottery Barn.The patio is accessed from French doors in the sitting-room or from exterior stone steps from the landing (take care with toddlers).The sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand is only eleven miles from the property.
 
A pretty stone bridge over the De Lank river provides an ideal picnic place, and is not far from the cottage.The very spacious sitting-room.Double-glazed doors lead into the kitchen/diner and French doors go out to the patio.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
