A pretty stone bridge over the De Lank river provides an ideal picnic place, and is not far from the cottage.Stairs from the ground floor lead up into the living-room.Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a meal.
 
The pretty double bedroom.There are stylish cast iron bedsteads in the twin bedroom.The games-room is shared with Lynher Barn and Tiddy Barn.
 
The enclosed patio is a real sun-trap.Looking over the hedge bordering the lane as you approach the barns.The paddock and countryside views from behind the barns.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
