There are fabulous views from the sitting/dining-room windows over Falmouth harbour to the Roseland peninsula beyond.
 
The sitting-area of the large open plan living-room has digital satellite TV.The bedrooms are at the rear of the property, overlooking the landscaped parking-area.Harbour views from the dining-table.
 
Even the kitchen has views over the harbour to the Roseland peninsula in the distance.The kitchen has everything a good cook could need.The master bedroom is very spacious.
 
All the bedrooms have contemporary oak furniture.The master bedroom has an en suite shower-room.This bedroom has 'zip and link' (double or twin) beds.
 
The single bedroom.The front of Bank House where Carrick View is situated on the second floor.Gyllingvase beach is less than a mile away.

All prices are £ per week per cottage. Where applicable the prices are inclusive of VAT.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
