The living-room looks out over the garden to Dartmoor beyond.The gas fire keeps this lovely room cosy whatever the weather.Looking across the sitting-area and the stairs towards the kitchen.
 
The kitchen is at one end of the first floor so the cook is not cut off from everyone else.The dining-table is plenty big enough for a special meal after a day out on the moor.The double bedroom is very spacious.
 
The twin bedroom has its own en suite shower-room.The view from the first floor of the cottage over the Owners' grounds..A five-bar wooden gate opens into the private parking and garden area of the cottage.
 
The patio is under cover so that late evening drinks will not be spoilt by the odd shower.The lovely sitting-area on the part-covered patio.

The prices are specified for Saturday changeover dates.

For weekly holidays or short breaks beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the price for the following Saturday applies. For those beginning on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the price for the previous week applies.

Where two price bands are specified in the description, the higher price band also always applies for Christmas and New Year even though this is not stated in the description.

Bed linen is included in the price. In addition, many cottages also include electricity and central heating within the price and this should be taken into consideration when comparing prices. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the Web site.
