Shoreavon is a modern detached bungalow on the edge of a small, quiet residential estate on the outskirts of the village of Probus. The area around Probus is particularly attractive and this is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Roseland peninsula. Steps lead up from the driveway to the property, and inside the accommodation provides everything you require, including broadband access. The living-room has a cosy wood-burner and Sky Plus provision, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with many labour-saving devices and is fitted with brushed oak units. The bedrooms have pretty fabrics, each with a television, and there is a small enclosed garden at the rear with a raised lawn (please take care with toddlers) and sheltered gazebo.
