The Forge is a very spacious semi-detached barn conversion, set within a complex of four other holiday cottages, including Woodlands View (2255), in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rolling countryside and fabulous walks, such as the Jubilee Trail and Wessex Ridgeway, are on your doorstep. Within the grounds, a coarse fishing lake with carp provides the setting for a shoreside picnic (please supervise children at all times). The welcoming open plan living-room gives access to a small balcony, furnished with a little table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining whilst admiring the far reaching views. The modern first floor bathroom and comfortable bedroom also enjoy lovely views, and a wood-burner effect electric stove in the sitting-area provides a warming glow on out-of-season evenings after a day exploring this amazing area.
